Is there a property bubble?

In connecting a property owner with great property management services, I have been doing regular followups with both my member and the property manager, to ensure it’s going smoothly for my member and making her feel happy and special.

From several conversations I had with her throughout her property leasing journey, this is what she has shared with me:

I tried 3 real-estate agents before coming to you.  They all told me to call them when the furniture is removed.  One of them said we don’t manage furnished properties.

From my dealings with these agents, it seemed that the 11 months term period that I wanted and the home condition was not ideal for a prospective tenant.  I was running out of time, and my options were limited.  I remember considering relocating my furniture to a temporary storage facility.  It defeats the purpose of leasing the property in a way because it’s costly and requiring more steps to get my property leased.

In using your network, you put me through amazing people from the get go.  There was something different about how they operate, no job seemed too big or too small and they come across as they genuinely wanting to help you.

They’ve managed to lease my property as-is, furnished, at market rates and within 3 weeks from go ahead.  This was because of the clever ideas they’ve given me and what they were able to do.  This was priceless, because it didn’t cost me any extra but it took my burden away.  To be honest, I was expecting it to take months going by what the last 3 agents where saying.

I was very impressed with their customer service and they’ve returned all of my left messages and emails promptly.

Their management fee is about the same as those 3 agents, but very different mind set, that’s for sure.  The principles they operate by makes you feel like you’re one of them.

I believe they’ve gone to some trouble in finding me a good tenant.  I say that with conviction because when they told me they were uneasy about the first prospect, it wasn’t a talk about what the prospect was offering here.

My property has been leased for 3 months now, and things are going extremely well. I’m so pleased with the outcomes.  Keep up the good work and thank you once again!


I love it when I hear stuff like that.  It really motivates me as an individual to do more.  I think her positive experience with this network was a great testament that things are working by Design NOT BY CHANCE.

I also think from this reflection, that people want to be treated like people and if the real-estate industry doesn’t get what customer service means, then we need to raise the bar.

Even though this is a positive experience, it doesn’t preclude a negative one from occurring down the track, which I’m happy to share openly just as well.  Because, I believe we need to draw on both experiences for the purpose of improving what we have.   That’s why all the posts on this site are opened to members’ comments.  Find out why this is essential.
